Food is very good when there's no rush! I wish they did Doordash or Uber but their fried rice is the best around the area!!! Love a fried rice with a good amount of veggies especially bean sprouts!! It's hard to find a good Chinese food spot with fried rice with flavor nowadays especially delivery wise. But for Howins flavor I'll make the drive!!

This place is my go to when I'm in town! I lived in Somerville for 8 years and didn't discover this place until I moved and my sister relocated to the neighborhood. The food is always hot, delicious and they are friendly. The owner is great as well. I literally came from Logan to Ho Win Palace. Keep doing what you do!

Very delicious Chinese food. The only great place in Chelsea! You get a lobster when you spend $100 or more! A steal!

Got a gift certificate from a friend at work who frequents this restaurant (I had never been) I went for the first time last night and I loved it. The food was fantastic, service was great and the atmosphere was perfect. I enjoyed the pineapple rice so much I just picked up another order of it! I think the Ho Win Palace is our new go-to for Chinese food!

Fun, friendly atmosphere at the bar. Staff is attentive with quick service. I usually stop in once or twice a month and have never been disappointed.
